The advertised €450 option is a one-time price for the Taxi Booking Script source-code package and agreed installation scope. Compatible hosting, a domain and provider accounts are required unless included in writing.

Terms and Conditions
These public terms explain the general basis for Taxi Booking Script software, taxi website design, hosting, installation, support and custom development. The accepted quote, invoice and written scope form part of each agreement and take priority for project-specific details.
Offers and scope
Complete taxi website
The advertised €1,000 option includes the booking system and a responsive English taxi website with up to 10 agreed pages. More pages, translations, special content and functions require written agreement.
Additional services
Optional managed SSD hosting is €114 per year, custom development is €80 per hour, WhatsApp service is €4 per month and the published update service is €250, unless a quote states otherwise.
Customer responsibilities
- Supply lawful and accurate company, contact, fleet, fare, policy and invoice information.
- Maintain the required domain, hosting and approved third-party provider accounts.
- Protect credentials and control administrator, driver and customer access.
- Review calculations, payments, emails, invoices, privacy content and legal settings before launch.
- Obtain licences and permission for supplied text, logos, images and other materials.
Delivery, review and changes
Installation is normally planned within two working days after all required access, information and payment are available, but a final schedule depends on scope and dependencies. Website page content and correction rounds must be agreed in the quote.
Changes outside the written scope, new integrations, custom layouts and unique modules are separately quoted or billed at the agreed hourly rate.
Software, providers and availability
Taxi Booking Script is web software originally developed by PHPJabbers. PHPJabbers is not presented as the contracting seller on this website. Payment gateways, maps, messaging, hosting networks and other external services are operated by their providers and can change their approval, price, API or availability.
Managed hosting has a published 99.9% uptime target, not a guarantee of uninterrupted service. Maintenance, attacks, force majeure and third-party failures can affect availability.
Support, backups and liability
Published lifetime support concerns reasonable product support for the supplied Taxi Booking Script version and agreed installation; it does not include unlimited development, third-party fees, content work or problems caused by unauthorised changes.
Customers must maintain suitable business continuity. Hosting backups are an extra protection, not a replacement for all customer records. Liability cannot be excluded where mandatory law prohibits exclusion; otherwise any remedy is limited as stated in the accepted agreement.
Payment, cancellation and legal rights
Prices, payment stages, tax treatment, cancellation, refunds and acceptance are stated in the quote or invoice. Work may be paused when an agreed payment, access item or customer decision is overdue.
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumer withdrawal and digital-content rules can depend on the buyer, country, immediate performance consent and whether delivery or download has started.
Contract details and disputes
The legal contracting identity, tax information and applicable-law details are shown on the relevant quote or invoice. Parties should first send a clear written complaint to info@taxibookingscript.com so a practical solution can be attempted.
If a clause is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. The latest published date appears at the top of this page.
