Customer experience

Use the languages that fit your taxi company

A multilingual booking journey can help passengers understand route fields, trip options and the steps needed to complete a reservation.

  • Support local residents and international passengers
  • Match language choices to your service area
  • Present a clearer booking experience for tourists
  • Keep language management in the administration area
  • Combine language choices with supported payment methods

Important distinction

The built-in languages apply to the booking system interface. A complete taxi website also needs marketing pages, service descriptions and legal content written or translated for each market you want to target.

Custom translation work and new languages outside the ten listed options are separate unless explicitly included in writing.

Useful for different taxi markets

Language options support businesses serving more than one customer group.

Airport services

Help international travellers understand the booking steps before arrival.

Tourist destinations

Offer familiar booking labels to visitors planning local transfers.

Cross-border regions

Enable languages commonly used across your service area.

Multilingual cities

Give more residents a booking journey they can understand comfortably.

Language questions answered

Which languages are built in?

Dutch, English, French, Spanish, Italian (Italy), Portuguese (Portugal), Norwegian, Turkish (Turkey), Polish (Poland) and Romanian (Romania).

Are the languages left to right?

Yes. The ten current built-in languages use a left-to-right text direction in the system.

Does enabling a booking language translate the entire website?

No. Booking interface translations and website marketing content are separate. Website pages must also be prepared in the languages you want to publish.

Can I request another language?

A new language or custom translation is not part of the standard list. Treat that work as a separate request and confirm scope and price in writing.

Combine languages with a complete taxi website

The €1,000 package includes responsive taxi web design and Taxi Booking Script. Written translations beyond the agreed English website remain separate.
