Yes. Taxi Booking Script can prepare and send a professional invoice automatically after the customer completes a booking.
Yes. Your team can use the administration area to create, send or resend the customer invoice later when the booking requires manual review.
Yes. The invoice workflow is part of the current Taxi Booking Script package and is also included with the complete €1,000 taxi website package.
Languages and payments
Questions about localisation and payment gateways
The ten available languages are Dutch, English, French, Spanish, Italian (Italy), Portuguese (Portugal), Norwegian, Turkish (Turkey), Polish (Poland) and Romanian (Romania).
Mollie, bank transfer and cash can be activated as payment choices. Cash payments cannot collect an online deposit.
Supported additional gateways are PayPal, Authorize.Net, PayPal Express Checkout, 2Checkout, Stripe, Skrill and Braintree.
No. Online gateways require your own approved account with the relevant provider. Provider charges and transaction fees are separate from the Taxi Booking Script price.

Yes. Automatic surcharge rules can be configured around weekends, night hours, pickup areas and supported transaction costs.
Yes. Availability rules can include recurring closing times, such as a fixed period every Monday, so customers cannot select unavailable times.
Yes. Search history provides insight into searched routes and detailed price components, including searches that did not turn into a reservation.
Yes. Flight numbers can be collected automatically for airport pickup bookings and return journeys.
Driver profiles can be added and maintained so the planning overview remains organised by driver.
