Online payment
A supported gateway can take the customer through its secure provider flow. Approval, availability and transaction fees are determined by that provider.
Bank transfer
Let customers choose bank transfer when your company wants to confirm or monitor the payment through its own banking process.
Cash
Offer payment to the driver or company outside the online gateway flow. Cash cannot collect an online deposit.

What you need before activation
The software provides the connection options, but the taxi company remains responsible for opening and maintaining any third-party payment account.

Provider responsibilities
The gateway provider handles its own account approval, transaction processing, security requirements, supported countries and fees.
Separate costs: provider subscriptions, transaction fees, chargebacks and currency costs are not included in the €450 or €1,000 one-time product price.

Are all ten payment choices available to activate?
Yes. You decide which methods are enabled. Our demo currently has Mollie, bank transfer and cash switched on for testing. Online gateways require your own approved provider account and configuration.
Can cash customers pay a deposit online?
No. A cash payment does not pass through an online gateway, so the system cannot collect an online deposit for that payment choice.
Are gateway fees included in the software price?
No. Payment-provider charges, transaction fees and account subscriptions are separate third-party costs.
Does Taxi Booking Script approve my provider account?
No. Account approval, identity checks, supported countries and payout rules are controlled by the selected payment provider.
Should payment settings be tested?
Yes. Test successful payments, cancelled payments, failed payments, booking confirmation and invoice behaviour before accepting live reservations.
